Hello! I'm going to tell you all about what I'm going to be up to in this podcast - conversations with people who make guitars, and the players who break them.  I'll be chatting with lots of interesting people from the world of guitar - luthiers, players, techs, amp builders, songwriters, gear builders, writers and lots of others too.

    Episode 01 - Rick Turner

On our first episode I talk to Rick Turner of Rick Turner Guitars.  Rick's a real legend in the world of guitar making, and in this episode we cover a lot of different subjects.

Rick told me about the evolution of his Model 1 and Renaissance guitars (As played by Lyndsey Buckingham) his revolutionary Compass Rose acoustic guitars, some new designs he's working on, and many more things.  He's a really nice guy, and it was great to speak with him.

This episode is sponsored by our friends at The North American Guitar in London, the U.K home of the finest custom guitars, including Rick Turner guitars.  Special thanks to Ben Montague there for introducing me to Rick.
