It's not you, it's the miiiiiind!

In this episode, We talk Blood Family. I notice that the "spiritual path" focuses a lot on "soul family" but I'm here to bring it back to the roots. A path that talks so much about "the work" but THIS is the real work. Taking everything we've done and experienced on this spiritual path, all the tools we've found on our medicine walk, and bringing it back to our roots. To heal within the childhood wounds, The mother wound, the father wound, to heal with the siblings we thought would never ever understand us. We talk so much about rising as a collective yet so many us our people are stuck and they NEED us. I know this is a big topic for many of us, and I know it will trigger many... but I encourage you to LEAN IN. Open your heart, and listen to what this episode has to share with you. As I share with you, my experience, my journey, and how healing with my blood family has been some of the most rewarding work i've ever done in this life time... esp because I never thought I'd see this day. Nourishment on a deep cellular level: The Ancestral Way!

Knowing how to TRULY check in with your body.
Knowing what to look for
Noticing the signs to truly know what your body needs or what your body is missing.. Are you really listening? 
And knowing that DEEP DOWN only you know what your body truly needs and that’s why the inner voice of the BODY (not the mind) is so important. The physical signs, the energy levels, body temperature, digestion, emotions…. They all result to how nourished we are.

Then I open a deeper portal... about what is actually happening to these waters! I share the beauty because this reality IS real and could be available to us all if we do our parts to stand up and protect these waters. 
We must listen, change, and heal now
We are Unlearning to Relearn. As we Learn to Live in Harmony with the Earth and the very waters that give us life.

REFLECTIONs for your journal:
Questions to ask yourself..
How are we taking from the Earth?
How are we protecting her?
How are we trying to take control?
Or how has control taken over us?
Where are we blaming instead of looking within?
Where have I fallen short and lost my way?
How did social Medias influence or change our heart felt intentions?

This all has to do with what is happening RIGHT NOW in the WORLD and We are the ONLY hing that can CHNAGE just by simply being the change.

FROM within. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH! That is my number one prayer in action that I am sending out into the world/ the prayer needs action to become real.

Ask yourself....
Who are you choosing to follow? Social Media, Government, Friends, Family… Get to know the truth. Feel it in your bones. The body knows true truth. 
 Where instead can you choose to lead? Even if you feel like your the only one.. Can you gift yourself that little bit of courage to stand up for this earth, our oceans, and for the world? For yourself and your people?
