Why do people bully?

There are different reasons why people bully, including: wanting to dominate others and improve their social status.

But in reality, they have low self-esteem and want to feel better about themselves and to mask how they feel about themselves, people who bully focus their attention on someone else and try to tear them down to their level, which is rooted in the fear of them being rejected.

So how do you stop the bully from bullying you? It isn't by fighting back.

What do I mean? Listen in and learn for yourself what to do.

There is only one way to stop your karmic patterns, whatever they are. PERIOD.
