It’s a President’s Day Ramble

The E-Book is started and coming together. It’s the Monday after Daylight Savings. Oh Boy!

I received a question about my Friday routines. I know I’ve talked a great deal about Monday and Wednesday routines, but I never thought about Friday until now. Listen in for my routine on a Friday.

Monday’s are foe the birds, right? Look anxiety can happen any day not just Mondays, but it seems to be the best day to blame anxiety for entering our life. Let’s change that now.

Geez. This just keeps popping up. Thought it was a good day to talk about this once more.
