Ducky and Funkiman's tale begins with a casual chat with Seattle lyricist Cory Tate fka Ripynt.  After catching up Cory discusses collaborating with French producers like Arom, and we parley down la ruelle de musique française.  Pivoting into an initial dive about the innovative growth of Seattle hip-hop, and Cory's favorite up & coming local artist.  A benign observation leads to the discovery of the unintended 90's feel of "A Tale of Two Towers" (Tate's 2nd EP under that moniker) leading us to memories of Space Mountain, and a multiverse of Marvel madness.

Green Lake in Seattle is one of Ducky's favorite places to stay active, converse with family, and appreciate the outdoors.  Over the last few months street performer Jonny Hahn has been adding some of his musical creativity to the scene.  Ducky gets the chance to chat with him about street performing, and the political ideas that drive his music.  Lastly they briefly touch on how big businesses have affected our real estate, and festivals over the last few years. 

Like thieves amidst the chaos we steal a history lesson about the EMP (what is now called the MoPOP) from an experienced music volunteer.  Alan teaches us about the ins & outs of Paul Allen’s museum, including their original exhibits, & where to catch the best view of its exterior.  Lastly he explains where the rock n roll legends originally recorded, & the origin of Seattle’s anthem “Louie Louie”.

Ducky vents to Old Man Anthony about his confusion, and frustrations with the crypto art craze known as NFTs; bickering about how it works, it's purpose, and who would think it's worth more than tangible artwork.  They discuss cryptocurrency, and NFTs in the music industry.  'Asking' what will be the preferred digestible artistic medium of the future?  Digital bragging rights or physical art pieces?

Join our fireside chat as we hear the life and times of a man named Tim.  He shares his connection to country music and we discuss some of the greats like Roy Orbison, Orville Peck, and the origins behind the genre.  We pay homage to fallen artists such as Chris Cornell, John Prine, and DMX.  Finishing with a conversation about the up and coming artists from the guitar free generation. 

To embrace Metal is to enter an auditory mosaic of regressive rhythms that inspire chaos. Today we talk with Brandon Corsair about his many creative projects; touching on the inspiration behind the musical styling of his bands Azath & Draghkar. Lastly he provided insights on the many genres of Metal in order to prepare your ears for the onslaught of intense beats that translate into energetic expressions of the body.
