Fertility Journey

Barriers to Promotion for Women of Color in Tech

In this episode, we reviewed the recent 2021 TrustRadius report about women in tech from a DEI perspective. We talked about 5 findings about upward mobility for women of color (particularly those who want to be promoted at work, but have too many barriers).
