The Junk Refund Show with Alan Cook
Guest, Luis Bayana Torres, manager of Les Schwab Tire Center (South) in Moses Lake, Washington
Luis is on the show because I want to sing the praises of one of his employees, Renae, who gave me some exceptional customer service about a month ago when I was in Moses Lake. Her service was so good, I have created the "Renae Award" to give out to other people around the country who also exhibit exceptional customer service. Each winner will receive a plaque with a photo of Renae working on my car when I was in Moses Lake. The Award winners will also receive $100 in cash. Renae is our first recipient!
I also talk about my recent 36-hour adventure to Puerto Rico, where I jumped off waterfalls and attended the San Juan Puerto Rico Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I finish the show with a salute to Tina, a young lady I came across on one of the dating websites recently. After a six-week effort, I finally connected with her via cell phone and ended up sending her some flowers for Valentine's Day. Her comment, "Thanks for continuing to look for me." is one of the finest statements I've ever received in the 10 years I've been in the online dating world. Her beautiful photos and her classy profile deserved a mention on the Show, especially around Valentine's Day. Thank you, Tina!
