    Podcast Summary

    • Walz's controversial policiesThe selection of Tim Walz as Kamala Harris' running mate has sparked controversy due to his support for bills requiring schools to stock tampons in boys' bathrooms and allowing minors to receive sex change operations. Critics argue that his radical ideology is not representative of swing states and may not play well with the general public.

The selection of Tim Walz as Kamala Harris' running mate has become a major point of contention in the presidential race, with critics labeling him as a radical due to his support for controversial legislation. The choice of Walz, who has signed bills requiring schools to stock tampons in boys' bathrooms and allowing minors to receive sex change operations, has been met with criticism from both sides of the aisle. Some argue that his radical ideology is not representative of the swing states or adds value to the ticket. Meanwhile, others argue that his stance on issues like women's sports and gender identity will not play well with the general public. This controversy comes at a time when Harris is yet to give a serious interview or face a press conference, and the media machine is in full support of her as the Democratic nominee. However, the Trump campaign is capitalizing on this opportunity to criticize her record and platform, with Governor Ron DeSantis labeling the Harris-Walz ticket as the most radical liberal ticket in American politics. Ultimately, the success of Harris' campaign will depend on how she navigates these criticisms and addresses the concerns of the American people.

    • Democratic ticket implicationsThe Democratic ticket featuring Biden, Harris, and Walz is seen as a strong, progressive one, appealing to a wide range of Democrats, but could also potentially play into the hands of Republicans by portraying the Democrats as too extreme, with potential impacts on issues like abortion rights, gun control, and education.

The discussion revolves around the political implications of the Democratic ticket, featuring President Joe Biden and Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris, with the addition of Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota. Some commentators see this as a strong, progressive ticket, appealing to a wide range of Democrats from the left to the center. Others argue that it could potentially play into the hands of Republicans, who may use the progressive stance to portray the Democrats as too extreme. The conversation also touched upon the potential impact of the ticket on key issues such as abortion rights, gun control, and education. Overall, the tone was optimistic about the Democrats' chances in the upcoming election.

    • Trump Support in Beverly HillsTrump gains support in Beverly Hills and beyond, markets show volatility following Kamala Harris' nomination, Harris prioritizes fundraising over media appearances, and Trump targets younger demographic to counter Harris' age and energy

The political landscape in Beverly Hills and beyond is experiencing a significant shift towards open support for Donald Trump, despite previous hesitancy. This change is evident in the excitement expressed by individuals who used to identify as liberal and far-left. The markets have also shown volatility following the announcement of Kamala Harris as the Democratic Vice Presidential nominee, potentially impacting her and the Democrats' electoral prospects. Kamala Harris' team is prioritizing fundraising over media appearances, hoping to capitalize on the euphoria following her nomination and secure significant funds before engaging in policy debates. Vice presidents are typically considered inconsequential in elections, and the focus remains on the presidential candidates and their policies. Trump's approach to addressing Kamala Harris' age and energy has been to appeal to a younger demographic, showcasing his perceived vitality through public appearances.

    • Sunny Factor vs. ExecutionThe sunny factor, or the ability to present a positive image, is essential for political success, but it's not enough. Execution of policies and past election results are also critical factors.

The sunny factor, or the ability to present a positive image, is crucial for political success, but it's not enough. Kamala Harris is currently riding a wave of popularity, but her lack of execution on policies and past failures to win elections despite strong fundraising are concerns. Justin Trudeau's sunny ways campaign in Canada is a cautionary tale of the dangers of promising sunny days without delivering. The election will be interesting when the sunny days give way to the challenges of governance. Another important point made during the discussion was that politics is not just about left versus right, but about populist versus establishment. Harris' choice of a non-establishment running mate may actually help her appeal to moderates and independents who are not looking for policies that fit neatly in the middle of mainstream media's interpretation of the political spectrum, but rather policies that are popular and effective on Main Street.

    • Gender and identity issuesCultural issues related to gender and identity significantly impact elections, demonstrated by successful campaigns addressing these concerns and a growing populist backlash against left-leaning policies on these issues

Cultural issues, particularly those related to gender and identity, are significant concerns for many voters, as evidenced by the ongoing debate over transgender athletes competing in women's sports. While some argue that these issues are insignificant, others believe they matter deeply and can impact elections. The success of campaigns that have focused on these issues, such as the Glenn Youngkin campaign in Virginia and Ron DeSantis' re-election campaign, demonstrates their importance. The current political landscape is dominated by left-leaning policies on issues like abortion and transgender rights, which some argue is driving a populist backlash. The establishment Democrats, including Kamala Harris, have embraced these policies, potentially putting them at a disadvantage in certain regions and against Republican opponents who can effectively address these concerns.

    • Women's sports eligibilityControversy surrounds two female athletes with XY chromosomes competing in women's Paris Olympics boxing event, leading to debates about fairness and trans rights, with calls for swab tests to determine biological sex but concerns about IBA's credibility and inconsistency

The two athletes in question, who are guaranteed to compete in the women's boxing event at the Paris Olympics, have been identified as having XY chromosomes despite being born as women and identifying as such. This has led to controversy and debates about their eligibility to compete in women's sports. Some argue that this is an issue of biological fairness and women's rights, while others see it as an attack on trans people. The athletes were given the opportunity to appeal the test results but only one did so and ultimately withdrew. The testing and results come from the International Boxing Association (IBA), which has been criticized for its credibility and inconsistency with the Olympic Commission's stance on such matters. The debate continues to be heated, with accusations of hate, cruelty, and misgendering being thrown around. Some have suggested that the athletes take a simple swab test to clear up any doubts and determine their biological sex. However, the IBA's past actions and inconsistencies have raised questions about the validity and necessity of such tests in the context of women's sports.

    • Women's sports and biological sexThe left's focus on women's rights in sports contradicts their stance on enforcing rules regarding biological sex, potentially undermining fairness and the protection of women's rights in competitions.

The discussion revolves around the issue of women's sports and the participation of individuals identified as female but with XY chromosomes. The speakers express concern that such individuals, who have been banned from women's competitions due to their biological sex, are being presented as a bogeyman and a distraction from the real issues, which is the protection of women's rights and fairness in sports. They argue that the left's focus on promoting women's rights often contradicts their stance when it comes to enforcing rules regarding biological sex in sports. The speakers believe that the Olympics should conduct further testing to preserve the integrity of women's competitions and ensure fairness for all athletes. They also express their opposition to the idea of allowing individuals with XY chromosomes to compete against biological women in women's sports.

    • Sex testing in sportsThe validity of sex testing in sports remains debated, with some arguing that it only tests for chromosomes and not hormone levels, while others insist that failed tests indicate male status. Transparency and clearer testing methods are suggested to ensure fairness.

The discussion revolved around the validity of sex testing in sports, specifically in relation to the cases of two female athletes who were banned from competition due to failing such a test. The panelists debated the nature of the test, with some arguing that it only tested for chromosomes and not hormone levels, and others insisting that the athletes in question were male based on the failed test results. The athletes in question were given the opportunity to appeal the results but chose not to do so. The panel also touched upon the broader implications of the issue, including the potential impact on trans athletes and the importance of having clear guidelines and agreed-upon facts in such discussions. Ultimately, it was suggested that more transparency and testing methods could help alleviate concerns and ensure fairness in competitive sports.

    • Trans athletes in high school sportsThe debate surrounding trans athletes in high school sports is complex, with valid arguments on both sides. It's important to ensure fairness and equality for all athletes, regardless of gender identity.

The debate surrounding trans athletes in high school sports and specifically in women's boxing, is a complex issue with deeply held beliefs on both sides. Some argue that trans athletes, particularly those who may have an advantage due to their biological makeup, should not be allowed to compete in women's sports. Others believe that trans athletes are entitled to the same rights and opportunities as cisgender athletes, and that excluding them based on their gender identity is discriminatory. During a discussion on the topic, it became clear that some individuals were more focused on the issue of trans athletes in sports, rather than addressing broader concerns such as fair wages and health insurance for all athletes. One speaker argued against the idea of identifying trans athletes in high school, suggesting it was a "witch hunt" and that the issue was being blown out of proportion. Another speaker expressed their concern for the tradition of women's sports and the potential impact of trans athletes on the fairness and equality of those sports. They argued that women's sports, which have only recently gained recognition and acceptance, should be protected. It's important to note that the issue is not black and white, and there are valid arguments on both sides. The debate highlights the need for continued dialogue and understanding on this complex issue, as well as a focus on ensuring fairness and equality for all athletes, regardless of their gender identity.

Millions watch him for his challenging and sometimes contrarian views on science, culture and politics.

In February this year he predicted what he calls “The Switch” - the replacement of President Joe Biden with Kamala Harris.

Weinstein now rails against how readily “The Switch” has been normalised and says that - even as a lifelong Democrat - the party has lost its mind.

    So, who is he backing?

    Winston Churchill & WW2 Revisionism

    Winston Churchill & WW2 Revisionism

Sir Winston Churchill is almost unanimously regarded as a hero in Western society.

In this country we voted him the Greatest Ever Briton; ahead of Shakespeare, Charles Darwin and Sir Isaac Newton.

Churchill had significant flaws, including some caustic opinions and brutal decisions which were very much of their time.

    These flaws are widely-acknowledged.

But not when it comes to the Second World War.

Rallying the country to defeat the Nazis has always been considered, well, a good thing.

Last week, history podcaster Darryl Cooper appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show in a now-viral interview which included the claim that Churchill - not Hitler - was “the chief villain of the Second World War.”

As we’ll see, it didn’t stop there.

Debate has raged ever since. Not just about Churchill but about whether free speech and free-thinking applies to something as binary as historical fact.

Eminent historian and author of "Churchill: Walking with Destiny", Andrew Roberts joins Piers to dissect the case.

    Is The Harris Honeymoon Over?

    Is The Harris Honeymoon Over?

Is the Harris Honeymoon is over?

Latest poll puts former President Trump a point ahead of his rival for the first time since the great replacement of Joe Biden.

And that is despite 50 straight days of a Soviet-style programme to rebuild the Vice President as a visionary cultural phenomenon and a beacon of joy.

There are many possible reasons for this.

But one of them may simply be that ordinary Americans are getting fed up with being told the sky is green and the grass is blue.

Dick Cheney is a case in point. For the past two decades he has been the bête noire of American progressives; a racist, warmongering supervillain who only became vice president because the Supreme Court - ironically - stole the 2000 election.

But now he’s endorsing Harris, and her campaign wants you to know that it’s because he’s saving democracy.

Snow White & The 7 Controversies

Snow White & The 7 Controversies

When Disney executives signed off a big budget remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, they probably thought it was a very safe bet for a company in dire need of a hit.

A time-honoured fairytale - beloved by millions - which spans generations, borders and creeds.

    What could possibly go wrong?

    Well, almost everything.

Rachel Zegler, who stars as Snow White, condemned Prince Charming as “weird” and “a stalker,” adding that she “hates” the original.

Leaked photos from the set revealed that the seven dwarves had been axed - replaced by multi-racial and gender non-specific magical humans - after Peter Dinklage said it was “backwards” to cast real dwarves as dwarves.

Disney responded to the growing controversy by delaying the movie for a year and replacing the magical humans with CGI garden gnomes.

They feature prominently in the first trailer, which dropped over the summer.

More than one million people have “disliked” it on YouTube, making it one of the most-hated previews in cinematic history.

The cherished fairytale has become a grim morality tale for meddling Hollywood hacks.

Audiences watch movies to escape the hectoring, virtue-signalling insanity of the modern world - not have it ladled down their throats

    Rabbi Shmuley vs Candace Owens

    Rabbi Shmuley vs Candace Owens

Regular viewers of Piers Morgan Uncensored will understand the gravity of the following debate without explanation. To the unseasoned, Rabbi Shmuley and Candace Owens have maintained a bitter feud over at least two years, having accused each other of everything from hypocrisy to lying to outright bigotry. Shmuley heavily criticised Owens for her embrace of Kanye West after his antisemitic tirades. Owens has hit back, claiming that Shmuley has harassed her publicly, blackmailed her and twisted her statements to present her as a hater of Jewish people.

Their personal grudges aside, the two firebrands are passionate voices for their own communities, something that Piers is eager to tap into. So finally, after years of vitriol, Piers Morgan is joined on Uncensored by both Owens and Shmuley for the first time. Their opening statements set the tone for the discussion, and no one should be surprised that they were confrontational.

The two combatants by and large debate the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, and nail each other to the wall on what they have and haven’t said.

Editor’s note: Rabbi Shmuley has asked us to make clear that he was unaware Candace Owens would have access to a laptop during the debate. This detail was not discussed with either party beforehand.
