This girl has her whole team cheering for her just about once a month, for massive 20k tips!!!! Unreal. She’ll spray 30k bottles in your face! When she’s taking notes, it’s usually about saving money, and taking the time to be grateful for the jobs we have. She leaves a lot of good insight on how to perform at a high level.     Let’s dive allllll the way in then!! CJ might not have spoken this much in his entire career, but probably for good reason. This is one of the episodes I sat back and nodded my head in agreement, the entire time. From the starting 5 waitress team, what makes a good busser, getting in the industry as a porter, leaving on your own terms, dating coworkers. Story time is definitely back, and you can’t make some of this stuff up haha! We also touch on some of our favorite guests and experiences that make these jobs so worthwhile!! The friendships we create from this time in our lives are priceless, this episode reaffirms that.     “Started from the bottom now we here!” What a fitting anthem for this episode as we discuss Sebastians' entry and strategic exit from the nightlife industry. It’s hard to get in and out of these jobs, I’ll be the first to tell you. We chop it up about serving guests like up and coming Arizona Cardinals head coach, to what it’s like to serve Drake, working on Christmas Eve, to his Kobe (rip) farewell tour. I forgot some of these stories until we started talking, one of my favorite things about podcasting. Needless to say we had a lot of fun on this one! Covering bases and faces these days!!     Guess who's back!? Today! Or weeks ago now, but still, today! I had the pleasure of catching up with a good friend of mine. Rapper, creator, podcaster, (and more stuff I'm sure) the very talented and always funny Ekoh. We discuss casually getting hired after auditions, performing your music at the club, dating in the industry, to hearing your music being played while you're at work, there's a lot to cover! Us two nerds became friends working together at EBC, almost started our own podcast before his career took off! You'll hear his perspective is real as it gets!!     Back for Memorial Day Weekend, with a MEAN GIRL!!! Just kidding!! Ya right! What a fun episode!! Ashley Romeo aka Romeo and I covered a lot, she got the first wave of new questions and I felt like she crushed every one of them. I learn what “preventative” means and the pressures to get Botox/plastic surgery?! Yikes. From being 22 and her first official shift during MDW, to a veteran hitting some serious career goals, she’s constantly educating and pushing herself!     Lyna Beans! This was a lot of fun, because I’ve worked with Lyna for 2 years, and this is the most we’ve ever spoken! She teaches me about ASMR (www.youtube.com/lynabeans) pssst..apparently she already has her masters in Psychology..I politely ask her not to read my mind. She explains what drives her 6 years in, excelling in one of the most sought after jobs in Vegas!
