    About this Episode

Kelsey is the founder of Everme Coaching, a company dedicated to teaching how to lead creatively designed lives through inspirational storytelling, teaching and intuitive coaching. Kelsey offers resources and services that teach you how to create magic through the combination of intuition and action so that you can live your legacy with intention.

What is a creatively designed life? According to Kelsey---Simply put, a creatively designed life is a life in which you create your life by thinking outside of the box. You think in terms of what is best for you, not what is normal. I used to try and design my life around a traditional 9-5 job, mainstream values, the “shoulds” and failed miserably. I was creating a life on someone else’s turf.

A Creatively Designed Life is not a blueprint and it’s not a prescription. Even if I could give you a detailed outline of how I live my life, you couldn’t copy it and it wouldn’t be your Creatively Designed Life.

Also, it doesn’t matter  what you do in your Creatively Designed Life as long as you do it with intention, a sense of purpose and confidence in yourself. You can be anything you want in this life, you can even LOVE having a 9-5 job. I’m here to make sure that you have taken a step back and decided to LEAD your life versus FOLLOWING society’s definition of who you are supposed to be.

CREATIVELY: Actively creating, using your innate creativity to make the mural of your life a masterpiece

DESIGNED: As an extension of the Master Designer, you get to have a say in how this life expresses itself

LIFE: breathing in and out, joy, happiness, sadness, frustration, the full spectrum of human emotion

A Creatively Designed Life is also about filling your life and time with things you love and things you will be glad you did at the end of your life. I believe that if we are all leading Creatively Designed Lives we will see a world in which regrets are no longer present on death beds.

In this episode, Kelsey sheds light on the common struggles that prevent us from living out our purpose and fulfilling the life we truly want. She is inspiring, intelligent, and intuitive.

    We also talk about…

    • What is a life coach? What do they do?
    • Purpose
    • Leadership
    • How to go against what you “should” do
    • Turning your mess into a message
    • Actions with intentions

    Goodbye + Thank You

First, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. To all of you who have supported It's Hard over the past 4 years, I am forever grateful. In this episode, I explain why I made this difficult decision to move on from this chapter in my life. It wasn't an easy choice but I know it is what is best for me in the long run.

In this transition, I am thrilled about my time being shifted toward Sober Squad -- here to cultivate a community of sober curious people by creating spaces and events where we can connect with likeminded individuals. We are operating fully in SLC at the moment but are open to conversations regarding other cities. Message me at @paigejholmgren if you are interested in learning more.

I love you all so much, please don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to, have questions, or want to share something!

    Should I Stop Drinking?

    Should I Stop Drinking?

Do you often google: "How to know if I should stop drinking?" or "Do I have a problem with alcohol?" and come up with the same unhelpful results? This episode is centered around encouraging you to ask yourself the questions that will help you come to the conclusion of how alcohol plays a role in your life and what you want that to look like moving forward. I am not giving professional advice on how to get sober, but rather helping you get curious and come to that decision on your own.
