We are always finding ways to incorporate good vibes through spirituality and wellness in all areas of our lives which makes meeting Ariana Ost so divinely led.

In 2006 Ariana’s world was shaken when her mother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and given 6 months to live. Her father researched endlessly and discovered the world of wellness and power of natural healing. Ariana’s mother became vegan, got rid of every toxic product, and began using filtered water and air. Her mother was able to extend her life by 3.5 years defying every odd and prognosis. The quality of life she experienced during her healing journey was incredible. After she passed away in 2009, Ariana was forever changed. She became committed to sharing her and her family’s story and the power of nature to restore us.

After becoming a mother herself, Ariana wanted to create a legacy for her children, honor her mother and spend as much time with her father as possible. She wanted to combine her love of design with her passion for yoga, spirituality and wellness. So she started the Ariana Ost lifestyle brand with the mission to elevate the everyday by creating decorative objects infused with soul, conviction and healing energy. The Ariana Ost brand fills a whitespace in the wellness market for decor with a contemporary aesthetic and resonance with mindfulness. Ariana’s father joined her in business and they became partners to help heal the world in a fashion forward aesthetic.

They are known for sourcing nature's jewelry healing crystals from all over the world to bring joy to people and their spaces. They’ve become experts on crystals, energy +  sound healing – and have created beautiful and healing pieces to help you heal yourself from the inside out.

“Wisdom is found in the ancient books.” This quote was shared with Rebecca also known as Akashic Bec through Spirit during an intense meditation she had several years ago. She was shown the vision of an old book, with ornate corners and tattered edged pages, covered in dust and cobwebs. She looked up, and saw an infinite library stretched out as far as the eye can see, illuminated as it trailed down. She realized that these were the Akashic Records, as portrayed to her. Not long after, she was led by Spirit to access her own records, and the experience was absolutely beautiful, insightful, emotional and confirming. Since then she’s become certified in reading and being a clear channel of the Akashic Records for others so they can gain access to the priceless and life-changing information held within. Robyn had a reading with Bec that was sooo life-affirming. She gave Robyn the guidance and reassurance that she needed--and that's been incorporated into her life each day since.

We have one of our favorite Spiritual Teachers + practitioners back on the podcast today! Ginette Biro is a powerful Spiritual medium who is clairaudient, clairvoyant, clairsentient and claircognizant. She can hear, see, feel and know information from spirit and other dimensions.

Renee Lavallee McKenna has walked the walk. She is a no-nonsense, Boston-born mentor, hypnotherapist and Shamanic healing practitioner who guides people to heal and transform on a soul level. Her journey as a recovering addict -- and as she likes to say, an "ex-crazy" person led her to ancient practices and wisdom which transformed and healed her own life.

Our friend, business leader, brand strategist, and trusted advisor Kate Doerge, faced the unimaginable, her daughter Penny passed away. Penny had been diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis when she was 4 months old -- and she lived with it, as well as irrepressible joy, for her 16 years on this Earth.

And so, rather than isolate and pull back from the world in their grief over this past year, Kate and their family have chosen to celebrate Penny's life and energy by raising awareness of Neurofibromatosis (NF for short), redefining what grief looks like and spreading Penny's legacy of love and light.

We are in awe of Kate's strength, resilience and positivity in this lifetime. We know that her journey can help all of us handle whatever life throws at us with more love, grace and fortitude.
