Down the rabbit hole we go. In this episode we discuss sustainability, how we understand it and how we incorporate it in our lives, if at all. 
What parts of sustainability are a must and what parts we are working on in order to help contribute to a better society. 

In this episode we discuss our upbringing around faith and spirituality, and our journey with it. 
This is the first time in our friendship where we discussed this topic, we wanted to hold space for this topic as it is something that centers us and connects us to ourselves.

Happy Women's History Month! This episode we talk about women who are leading our society forward, women who we admire, and have allowed us to think in different ways. Most of all we discuss the importance of representation of women in all spaces. 

The term 200 percenters is the term recently used by Becky G, when she states "We are 100 of both identities, even though we sometimes feel que no somos ni de aqui ni de alla." Our identities are whole and you can't be half of an identity when it is your full identity. We embrace who we are as 1st Generation Latinas and dive into this new concept of being 200 percenters and how that is manifested in our day to day lives.

Do you believe in love at first sight? This episode we discuss our beliefs behind the question, and what it means to love someone. Building connections, laughing and accepting the other person for who they are.
