    Ever felt disconnected from the world around you? I'll be sharing my experiences with these practices and how they allowed me to move towards unconditional love and acceptance.

As my parents age, I have found myself playing the role of an emotional supporter, mediating between different family members and helping them understand each other's perspectives. I'll be discussing the importance of communication and emotional connection in maintaining vibrant emotional health.
