    American expat living in San Miguel de Allende, Ann Marie left on a sabbatical to test living there with her husband, years later they are still there living their dream among the artistic community.

    Very she quickly she got involved in the local community helping build houses with Casita Linda  and then launching Mano Amiga to empower women through microloans for their small businesses.


    Recently she wrote a novel The broken hummingbird   the story of an american woman moving abroad to fix her marriage and finding her new path.
