    What are antioxidants? What are they good for? Where do I get them from? This lecture focusses on the micronutrients that act as antioxidants in the body scavenging free radicals. It describes the interactive roles and functions of the main nutrients that act as antioxidants in the body, including: Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Beta-carotene and Selenium.
