    About this Episode

    THE GREENHOUSE - Self Reflection

    Purpose:

We are learning to dismantle pre-conceived ideas and where they stem from. Our

childhood and family experiences play a significant role in creating our understanding of the world and ourselves. We are contemplating our individual family maps to recognise what we perceived as truths. We ask ourselves if these truths remain valid today or if we are in fact different to what we were labelled as. We question if our potential was limited. We delve into what we wish to free ourselves from and what we wish to redefine.

So, what are limiting beliefs and where do they come from?

What were the contexts during my childhood ?

Goal: Understand why your family was the way it was.
Epiphany: My perception on my family has evolved.
Affirmation: I become humble to take a different eye on my impressions.

to transform ourselves; who we want to be and what we want to achieve.

Goal: You will witness how a quiet mind will connect you to your deeper self and
    allow you to witness synchronicity.
Epiphany: I am grateful for the beauty and inspiration in my life.
Affirmation: It is the silence within me that holds my truth as well as all the answers.

Module 5 Branch 3 : The Kaleidoscope of Verbal Communication

Having become self-accountable prepares the way to accepting that we own the
responsibility – “the ability to respond appropriately” - in our interactions with others in a
judgement-free way. How people respond to us depends on how we communicate. We
improve any communication if we focus on the role we play and this freedom allows us to
improve our relationships and interact more peacefully with anyone.

Goal: You see that everyone has different ways of communicating and you become
    assertive in managing it.
Epiphany: I am mastering the art of diplomacy and peaceful interactions.
Affirmation: I will not judge others and will only interact with the highest good of
each person that I may encounter.
