Motivation Time

After 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Monique’s passion for film and writing took her on a new path towards film production. Her vision collided with Ronald Diltz II and a creative partnership began to flourish. She joined the team at Ronald Diltz II Productions originally as an Executive Assistant. With her management background in pharmacy and her passion and dedication for helping others, Ronald Diltz II thought she would be the perfect fit for the Production Manager role on his film productions. After marrying her King in 2016, Monique Diltz became an Executive Producer for Ronald Diltz II Productions. You may have also heard of her as the co-host of God, Family, & Business Podcast.

In 2023 Monique took her career to a new level and submerged into content creation. She also wrote her first E-Book, 14-Day Raw Vegan Reset, a guide to help those that want to try a health reset. While juggling three toddlers and her husband, she enjoys creating content that will change the world about health and wellness.

Fahad Vania

Fahad Vania is a creative and dedicated professional in the entertainment media industry and has over 20 years of experience covering all aspects of production. He directed and produced Seasons 2 - 7 (over 80 - 1 hr episodes) of Discovery Network’s #1 rated show “Dr. G: Medical Examiner”. This included directing all interviews, electronic news gathering (ENG) shoots as well as dramatic re-enactments for this prime time hit. While on the show, he was able to form and maintain a healthy working relationship with on air talent, medical personnel and law enforcement officials.

Fahad has also produced National TV spots for Gulf coast tourism/ BP over the course of the last few years as well as promotional videos for several political campaigns.

Previously, Fahad has worked on projects for Nickelodeon, Animal Planet, Travel Channel and on various TV commercials and productions. He got his start in the industry by working on The Blair Witch Project. This experience helped him form great industry relationships with many companies and individual entities.

He has also been a Course Director at Full Sail University, teaching in the Digital Cinematography Bachelors program. This experience has helped him understand what the iGeneration is consuming in terms of media and more specifically, the way they are consuming it.

Currently, he directs and produces online entertainment for Walt Disney World Resorts, Publix, Universal Studios, Carnival Corp., ESPN, BP as well as other clientele.

Jessica Cobine graduated from Full Sail University’s Film Bachelors program and the Creative Writing Masters Program. She has worked in the film industry in various roles, though mostly in the camera department. Among her credits are projects for Disney, America’s Got Talent, and Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge. Dr. Christopher C. Odom

Dr. Christopher C. Odom earned his PhD in Texts and Technology, Digital Media at the University of Central Florida; his MFA in Film and Television from the University of California, Los Angeles; and his BA in Film and Video Production from Georgia State University.

Throughout Dr. Odom’s 30-year career in the entertainment industry, as a filmmaker, Dr. Odom has produced, directed, written, shot, and/or edited +500 short and long-form creative projects. In addition, for over a decade as a Course Director at Full Sail University, Dr. Odom has supervised and developed an additional +500 student short scripts and films.

A published author and domestic and international award-winning filmmaker and voiceover talent, Dr. Odom’s work has appeared in major cities worldwide, including Cannes, Berlin, Tel Aviv, New York, and Los Angeles.

A former story analyst for Creative Artists Agency and a member of the Writers Guild of America Independent Writer's Caucus, Dr. Odom’s directing, producing, writing, cinematography, editing, and on-camera credits include feature films with international distribution through Entertainment One, promos and trailers for the nationally televised ITVS-produced PBS series Independent Lens, and aviation news stories for Airborne-Unlimited on the Aero-News Network.

Dr. Odom currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Our Vision Caribbean and Latino Film Festival; Vice President of Communications, Publicity, and Brand Strategy for EJO Ventures, and a Course Director for the Digital Cinematography Bachelor of Science Program (DCBS) at Full Sail University.

Dr. Odom recently finished his short documentary film “Justice for George Floyd: The Tipping Point?” about the visual imagery emerging on social media from the Justice for George Floyd Protests, as a social movement. He is currently in postproduction on the feature documentary version of the same film.
