Mrs. Tzili Schneider | The GROUNDBREAKING Project To END Charedi & Secular Strife In Israel

In 2008 Rabbi Chaim Danzinger and his wife Kaila, sold all their belongings and moved from Pasadena, California to Rostov-on-Don, Russia with their two young children.

They made this radical move to revive Jewish life in a city that was decimated by the Nazis during the Holocaust.

Over the past 14 years their mission has been to care for the material & spiritual needs of Rostov’s 15,000 Jews. More than they have inspired their community; their community inspires them. Rabbi Chaim shares the remarkable stories he hears – with the world.

They operate a day school, 150-year-old historical synagogue, soup kitchen, a national special needs organization, camps and many other vital programs.

Rabbi Elie Estrin serves as the Aleph Institute’s Military Personnel Liaison and Executive Assistant to the Endorser.

Chaplain Estrin was commissioned into the US Air Force in 2014 as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee Jewish chaplain, and he is currently assigned to the 6th Air Refueling Wing, at MacDill Air Force Base, in Tampa, FL.

Tzili Schneider is a veteran teacher, a member of the Orthodox mainstream, the mother of eleven and a woman who cares. Deeply.

Tzili grew up in Meah Shearim surrounded by all shades and hues of Jewish life. She remembers as a little girl dancing joyfully with soldiers following the capture of the Kosel at the end of the six-day war.

As she grew up, Tzili noted that the general atmosphere in Israel outside the sheltered alleyways of her youth was diametrically different. She began to encounter hostility and mistrust, dissension and stigma.

In fact, when she worked as a teacher, she rode the public bus every day alongside another staff member. But they never spoke because Tzili was religious and the other woman was not.

Tzili desperately wanted to do something to bring her people together again.

In 2012, she fulfilled her dream. She founded Kesher Yehudi, a groundbreaking platform for diverse sectors to meet and connect through Torah learning.

Kesher Yehudi welcomes all segments of the Jewish nation with love, providing the support and tools necessary to foster personal connections and long-term unity.

With her relentless determination, Tzili has created an unprecedented movement that has transformed lives and changed Israeli society for the better.

Yonatan Razel was born in New York and moved to Israel at a young age with his family.

He won "Singer of the Year" and "Song of the Year" from Ynet in the fall of 2007. Yonatan gained fame in 2009 for setting the Jewish liturgical poem "Vehi Sheamda" to music for Yaakov Shwekey.

Israeli Charedi radio station Kol Chai named the song its "Song of the Decade" as the song became popular with both secular and religious listeners, becoming an anthem for the holiday of Pesach in Israel.

Larry Gordon was born and raised in Brooklyn, and has six children; including Nachi Gordon, co-host of Meaningful People Podcast.

He is a veteran journalist, writing stories on Jewish life and related issues for thirty years. He is also the acknowledged creator of modern Jewish radio. This distinction is due, for Larry, in 1977, pioneered the first weekday morning Jewish music and news program on FM radio—91.1 WFMU at New Jersey’s Upsala College.

Larry’s program, the “Hebrew and Jewish program,” and the format he created, is the direct, originating predecessor of the world famous JM in the AM radio show hosted by Nachum Segal.

Larry’s interest in journalism is inspired by his father, Nison Gordon, a”h, who traveled from Poland when he was 18-years-old to report on life in New York City as the American correspondent for a Polish newspaper. Larry’s father’s became a well know Yiddish writer, writing for “The Day,” “The Day Morning Journal,” and “The Algemeiner Journal,” during a career that spanned over 45 years.

On October 7th, Hamas terrorists stormed into the home of Hadar and Itay Berdichevsky in Kibbutz Kfar Aza, one of the Israeli communities along the Gaza border. Hadar and Itay— both 30 years old—were butchered in their own home.

Miraculously, their 10-month-old twins survived. The babies were found—rescued by the IDF—14 hours later, crying in their cots. Their parents’ bodies lie in pools of blood around them.

Maya and Dvir also survived the massacre on Kfar Aza that day. They hid in their safe room for more than 24 hours with their own baby boy—holding their hands over his mouth to keep him quiet—as they heard the terrible sounds of their neighborhood being turned into a slaughterhouse around them.
