NATIVES presents... Afro Beta's "Strongest Vibes" Collection
So this is a 2 hour Afro Beta dedication set I did on Middle East Coast Mecca (Sunday nights 11p-1a est) the night after the last Afro Beta event at The Nile in RVA. It was an emotional night so I wanted to do a set that captured some of the tracks I played the most over the 5 years of Afro Beta sessions. The first hour is an afrobeat session and the second hour has some deep fro house grooves from the crates of the mind. Check it deeply and enjoy. The Energy never dies..... HollaHollaHolla!!!

"Middle East Coast Mecca" Afro Beta Sessions Vol.3
This another session of deep house, international beats, and wide open summer jams that are influenced by the monthly AudioMassTransit event Afro Beta that we throw here in Richmond, VA every First Saturday. It was recorded live on my weekly show "Middle East Coast Mecca" which airs on Sunday night on WRIR.org from 1-3AM EST. Much like the AB event, this mix spans African, Latin, Middle Eastern and Jazz elements among other sounds and is heavy on native rhythms. Unfortunately it's impossible to completely capture the raw energy and live drums of a live Afro Beta Session but this series of mixes is the closest you'll get. Open up the windows, crank up the volume, and enjoy.....
