    Brady Stevenson has been in Recruiting for over 15 years, starting his career at a recruiting agency after graduating from UCLA. He gained valuable experience early on but soon decided to explore internal recruiting—a decision he has never regretted. Stevenson played a crucial role in recruiting at Zynga during its most significant period of hypergrowth. Following that, he joined a series of tech startups, often as the first Recruiting hire, tasked with building the recruitment function and team from the ground up. Among his achievements, his work at Postmates stands out, where he established and led the Recruiting department, significantly contributing to the company's expansion from about 50 to 500 employees. Currently, Stevenson is the Head of Recruiting at Virta Health, a health tech company on a mission to reverse type 2 diabetes in 100 million people.

She furthered her legal education with an LLM in international business law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992.
