*New Update* As far as I know, Dominus Exxet doesn't release for another month, but I was just up at our local gaming store and they have two copies sitting on the shelf. If I wasn't in the store to buy Unknown Armies (because I can't find a cheaper copy online anywhere) I would have gotten it, but the $39.95 price tag for such a small book is too steep for me.

Hopefully this will mean that more supplemental books will be translated into English very soon. There had been talk that FFG had put Anima on hold in place of it's other, more popular line, Warhammer 40k, but it looks, with this second supplement focused on Ki, that FFG and Anima fans who don't read the native Spanish editions have much to look forward to. You can guarantee I will be purchasing this copy when it is released this spring. Ki abilities and additional rules will be greatly more useful to my campaign than the first supplement, Gaia, which covers the world setting that I am not using. Thank you FFG.

Join Fire n Dice June 27 - 29th, 2014 as we run more games from popular anime. Owlcon was fun, but due to unfortunate circumstances, two games were unable to be played: Baccano! and Attack on Titan. So, we're bringing them back to ApolloCon! In addition, we are adding Blue Gender to the mix.

Ghost in the Shell pt 2
One attack after another keeps hitting the financial heart of Tokyo. Section 9 has their hands full trying to clean up the mess and save innocent civilians. Ghost in the Shell pt 1
Unexplained tech has been going haywire and attacking the heart of Japan's economic industry. Section 9 is sent in to protect the citizens and to put a stop to the eco-terrorism. This session was played using 3:16 Carnage Among the Stars game mechanics at Space City Con in Galveston, TX.
Space City Con 2014
So we have decided to run "Ghost in the Shell" using 3:16. In it, players will take on the roles of an infiltration unit belonging to Section 9 and go on an important mission to eliminate a powerful horde.
Second on the list to run will be Shingeki no Kyojin, or Attack on Titan, Cinema, using Zombie Cinema rules. This is a storytelling game where no one will know what might happen until they play. Players take turns telling the story about their character's interaction with the other characters and setting. It'll be lots of fun, so sign up and see you there!

Space City Con was an amazing amount of fun. Special thanks to the volunteer crew and Moody Gardens of Galveston. Extra special thanks to the gaming help desk who showed considerable care for all the GM's in the rooms and facilitated gamers in finding the appropriate tables and filling out sign in sheets. You rock!
I also got a few cosplay pics. While Jason Momoa, Kristian Nairn, and many other celebrities were there, I got to see them but did not get pics (possible legal reasons) to share online, but I did get these cosplayers permissions. Please comment your name if you would like credit.
