    About this Episode

This has been an interesting week of transitioning into a new life, a new place, in so many counts and ways. The difficulty for accessing internet made me realize how addicted we are to technology, and how much we take it for granted -- along with so many other things. This brief experience forced me to go within and reflect on a few essentials in life - spiritual essentials, that is. I'll be sharing some of my inner research this Thursday. See you soon Much Love & Light

When Culture is no Longer the Culprit

When Culture is no Longer the Culprit
As I transition into a new type of sharing, starting with the opening of the School of Spiritual Learning on April 22nd, I would like to spend some time addressing the topic of culture—and more specifically the way culture molds and formats us; unbeknownst to most of us. br In order to reach an elevated stage of Know Thyself, it is paramount for us human beings to ponder and release the 'conditioning effects' that culture has painted upon us from our early infancy. br And these effects may be more ingrained than we think! br Please join me this Thursday at 3pm EST as I start tackling this challenging theme. br Love & much Light, fellow Sisters and Brothers

Activating Our Energy Bodies - a meditation and discussion with Brother Altair

Activating Our Energy Bodies - a meditation and discussion with Brother Altair
It my great pleasure to welcome Brother Altair back on the show with his spelunking gear. br Not only will he address the themes of Unity Consciousness and Co-creation, with great details and pure wisdom, he will also take us through a beautiful meditation aimed at activating our energy bodies. br One that prepares us for being on our highest, most spiritual ground. br Please join me as I welcome Brother Altair for yet another show - this Thursday, April 7th, at 3 pm EDT.

    Transmuting with the Violet Flame

    Transmuting with the Violet Flame
By the grace of attending a virtual class on Creating with the Seven Mighty Elohim, I recently became more familiar with the Violet Transmuting Flame -- a spiritual tool that has the power to turn many things and situations around. br I was flabbergasted last Saturday to read a short paragraph that exactly describes how I felt after using the Violet Flame for three days, br In a very short time, if It is persistently and consistently called into action at least three times a day, the one so using It will begin to feel a much lighter atmosphere about her/him and many distressing conditions of body, mind, affairs and association will adjust themselves, and those annoyances will fall away as if they had never been. br Hence my desire to share with all of you this coming Thursday!

Shedding a skin, or possibly two

Shedding a skin, or possibly two
In the northern hemisphere, spring is upon us, or perhaps, more aptly, within us. It is a time of rejuvenation, a time of of getting out of our shell, and starting something anew. br Somehow the idea of shedding a skin (or two) feels right, regardless of what 'skin' may mean to us: a new departure, leaving something--an activity, a business person, a companion--behind, or jumping into the unknown. Looking forward and upward to what might bring us greater joy and passion. br This is what spring is about, certainly in my case, and I will be happy to share some of this movement on Thursday with you. br See you soon, folks!

Change Starts With Us 'nothing new but good topic to revisit'

Change Starts With Us 'nothing new but good topic to revisit'
The idea of revisiting the theme of change in our lives came from the movie we watched yesterday at the Pacific Science Center: Zootopia. Change starts with us were the words of ZPD officer Judy Hopps as she addressed the graduating promotion of police officers, which included her partner in goodchief, Nick the Fox. We know change is a constant in our lives. It is present every day of our lives and it signifies growth. Here is what Eliza Ayres had to say in her latest blogpost, which beautifully dovetails with the ideas I had. The “team” who is still resisting change and stubbornly clinging to the old way will find ways to test the boundaries of those who are stepping free of the matrix. This is also a test for those who are making the shift from one energy level to another. What arrives in your life is both a test and an opportunity to continue to clear the energies that are coming up for you as experience. I love it, and can attest to the testing in progress.

Celebrating the Feminine Side of Our Selves

Celebrating the Feminine Side of Our Selves
In honor of the International Day of Women, I would like to dedicate this show, certainly to the women in our lives, and also to the feminine side of our selves - and therefore to all the women who helped nurture and develop our sensitivity, our sense of creativity and beauty. As well as our open heart and vulnerability. And many more talents that can only be understood and embraced by a Feminine, gentle perspective. Please come celebrate with me the Feminine that we all possess, and perhaps need to embrace at a deeper level--men and women alike. Thank you

    For the Sake of Releasing

    For the Sake of Releasing
Releasing popped out this weekend as I listened for a topic. br Releasing what, and for the sake of what? br Liberation comes to mind; I mean liberation from the mind, and from what takes residence in the mind, but that is not all. br There are many different kinds of releasing we can practice, for ourselves and for the sake of uplifting planet Earth and its inhabitants. br See you on Thursday, dear folks

Teaming Up with Anger and Its Transmuting Power

Teaming Up with Anger and Its Transmuting Power
Anger may not be what most of us think it is, a destructive emotion that burns within. There are not so obvious possibilities for spiritual transformation, or transmutation, if you will, contained in anger; and indeed anger, when listened to, can be a precious friend - as well as a gauge of our spiritual progress. I will be happy to reflect on the other side of the anger-coin. Please be part of this experience this Thursday, February 25th, at 3pm EST

    Sharpening Our Resonance Skills

    Sharpening Our Resonance Skills
The title for this week's show came to me two weeks ago and I felt like booking it right away. An interesting, yet challenging topic. br I believe we all need to listen within and heed what our most silent, yet meaningful, voice is telling us. br How do we do that? How do we pay attention, honor, and show gratitude to what (or possibly who) comes through and within us? br How we know it represents OUR truth? br Please join me on Thursday, February 18th, to explore the matter at heart! br It is an enlightening matter, dear Sisters and Brothers, just as our ability to breathe is.

For the Sake of Our Spiritual Independence!

For the Sake of Our Spiritual Independence!
I was at a loss as to what theme to address this coming Thursday. Then yesterday, we visited the Pacific Science Center and watched a beautiful documentary from BBC Earth. br It highlighted the story of courage and resilience of two small beings fighting for their very survival in a northern American forest and the Arizonian desert. A lovely chipmunk and a tiny mouse. br After many trials and tribulations, the tiny rodent found her way back home and had an opportunity to get reunited with her siblings. While facing the prospect of a cozy home and secure food, she thought for a second, turned around and decided to embrace her hard-won independence with her whole Heart. br May she be blessed for the wonderful example she's offering us on the Path. And may we garner the utter courage and determination we need to fully engage with the spiritual meanders that won't fail to pop in and out! br See you on Thursday, independent folks!
