Our most requested guest of all time returns to Finish Strong to discuss end times prophecy.  Bible scholar John Hope presents the chronology of events laid out in scripture involving the second coming of Jesus Christ. 

John explains that once Christians are removed from the earth in the rapture, the “man of lawlessness or the anti-Christ” will appear.  Many will worship him as the world’s savior initially but soon his ruthless nature will come through as the Tribulation begins.  Finally, John discusses the Judgment Day that is coming for all mankind.

Solomon became the King of Israel at the age of fifteen.  He realized that he needed a lot of help to rule over the nation.  God appeared to him in a dream when he was at Gibeon and said, “What do you want?  Ask and I will give it to you!”  Solomon didn’t ask for riches or a long life.  Instead, he asked for wisdom.  The Lord was pleased with Solomon’s answer and he gave him wisdom along with riches and honor.

It is important to note that Solomon did not ask God for knowledge or understanding.  He asked for wisdom.  What is the difference?  Many people don’t know.  In this episode of Finish Strong, we discuss the important differences.  We will share Biblical examples of Godly wisdom and explore why wisdom is essential for anyone who wants to Finish Strong in life.

Christmas is an amazing time of the year.   It often flies by way too fast.  It is easy to get caught up in the hustle, bustle, and STRESS of finding the perfect gifts, decorating your home, attending Christmas parties, and on and on.  So Terry, Brian, and Dan decided to take some time to focus on the joy and meaning of Christmas.  In this special Christmas 2023 edition of Finish Strong, they share their favorite childhood Christmas memories and traditions.  They also discuss new traditions they’ve started.

As we watch world events unfold, we see Biblical prophecy about the end times being fulfilled before our eyes.  Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 24 that nation would rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.  He also said that in the end-times, there would be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.  In Ezekiel and Revelation, we read about many nations going to war against Israel.  This is all happening right now!
