This episode is about how life sometimes isn't fun, it takes alot of work in order to sift through the not so fun stuff but it is okay to because you are strong enough to look at the deck of cards you are currently working with be truthful about it and move set yourself up for success.  

I talk about being truthful because in life being blissful and positive all the time can blind us from moving forward and from opportunities.  Being blissful and positive is wonderful and when you can do it please do it to the moon and back.

I also talk about Maui without social media or the what the news captures but from me as a Hawaiian.

I call on peace today to fill every crevice of my life. I call on peace today to blanket my life where I have anxiety and where I may have limiting beliefs.  

Applying peace to these areas of my life allows me to know that I will be okay.  I request non peaceful energies to return to their owner because I do not need to take on things that don’t bring me more peace.

Peace brings me solace, peace brings me light, peace brings me reassurance that everything will be alright.

Peace allows me to think clearly and I call on peace today so that I can intuitively see the best path for me. 

Peace brings me more self love than ever before imagined and allows me to enjoy this adventure called life. Peace highlights the good in my life and brings forth extreme amounts of gratitude.  

Peace brings me gratitude, peace brings me light, peace brings me the self love I have worked for. Peace is my power. I call on peace.

In this episode we talk about nurturing darkness and how our darkness plays a special role in our growth.  Darkness serves a purpose until it doesn't anymore and when it doesn't serve a purpose we are finally ready to dive back into it and look at it through a loving lens.  

If we continue to deny our not so pretty sides, we will always be denying ourselves and therefore doing ourselves a disservice.
