Philly train rape & Halloween kills

Recently, a lady was raped on the Philadelphia subway and passengers simply recorded the assault on their smartphone. The incident resembles an episode of Black Mirror in which bystanders use their cell phones to record an incident instead of actually doing something about it. This is reminiscent of the report in the mid-1950s of Kitty Genovese. She was literally dying on the sidewalk and no one stopped to help. The subway incident last 8 minutes.
