Maaike Steinebach is a seasoned international Executive with over 20 years’ experience in Managing Director & CEO roles. Her career has spanned the UK, Singapore, China and Hong Kong, across companies such as Fortis Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Visa. Having discovered her passion for advancing the femtech sector, she has now founded her own business to support and grow this industry and has taken on a role as co-CEO of Femtech Association Asia. Maaike is also passionate about connecting and elevating women in the tech sector and has co-founded the Women in Tech Association in Hong Kong.
In this episode, we speak with Casey Renner, an Operating Partner at VC firm, OpenView, who has been with the firm for almost 8 years. Casey is known as OV's master connector – they joke that she knows basically anyone and everyone in the B2B software industry. In her role as Operating Partner, she manages the team that runs OpenView's network of industry experts, advisors & corporate partners. She's built her career around networking and because of that, has great insights on how to build your own network.
Dr. Suzy Green is a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist (MAPS) and the founder of The Positivity Institute, an organisation dedicated to the research and application of Positive Psychology in workplaces and schools. Suzy is a leader in the complementary fields of Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology having conducted a world-first study on evidence-based coaching as an Applied Positive Psychology. She holds several academic positions at universities in Australia and the United Kingdom and is globally renowned for her research. We speak with Suzy about how to combat workplace stress, manage negativity bias, and create a culture of coaching.

Poorvi Shrivastav is a seasoned product leader and general manager with over 15+ years of experience at leading high performing global teams at tech companies such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Hubspot and now Meta, where she is a Senior Director of Product Management. In her tenure, she has successfully proven product market fit, driven business growth, and implemented a product centric culture. She is passionate about sharing product best practices and learnings. Poorvi has also advised and invested in tech startups, and has been a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
