Does it seem like your spirit guides have been a little quiet lately? Why is it that sometimes synchronicities and messages flow freely to us and other times we feel left in the dark? We hold onto beliefs and emotions that cause “blockages” and energy stagnation in our chakra centers. Releasing these blocks can be life changing – for real! However, releasing energy blocks can also be very intense because they bring old, buried memories to the surface of our subconscious mind. Along with the re-experiencing of memories, energy clearings and activations can cause an array of physical symptoms.
