This episode of the podcast we are going to be diving into what could be happening in NJPW this year, and more specifically what could be the state following the 2/20 show. We are finally back and it is a new year, and what does a new year mean, well? A fresh start and time for the Japanese Pro Wrestling world to begin shaping the foundation for the rest of the year. This week we are running down the NOAH 1/15 Osaka show, which sees the return of Jun Akiyama. GHC Jr Tag Team Title Match as Marufuji and Aoki face the Osaka Pro challengers of Kotoge & Harada. The main event will see Takashi Sugiura defending the GHC Heavy against Bison Smith. We also touch on the NJPW/CMLL shows coming up in Japan and close out touching on the the happening closing out the month for NJPW. This weeks edition of the Puroresu Spirit Podcast we are covering the announced Wrestle Kingdom V card, going over predictions, and thoughts on the show in general. To close out we cover the Z1 tag tournament that ended today, but let's see if we chose correctly. There was a little mix up last night and there was to be a discussion on Dragon Gate, but if things go well that part will be online tomorrow!
