I have been noticing a lot of plays coming out of these cities. This mix is an all Hip-Hop & Trap mix. I thought I would start this podcast out with some Beast Mode flavor since today is the Divisional Game for the Seahawks.     A recent podcast I made including R&B, Hip-Hop and Trap. The mix itself directed towards an hour workout with the first 35 minutes slowly building up. The last 20-25 minutes of the mix was strictly made for those who can have major motivation by Music. The music practically pushes you to do next level lifting. I recently made this mix for Renton Crossfit to teach their classes to with the last 20 minutes being used for the WOD.
