    In this podcast we talk with Inge Boderie and Sandra Fornaro about their experience with the peer support program in Zuyderland Medical Center, The Netherlands. Inge Boderie is a psychologist and currently works as senior policy advisor in quality and patient safety in this institution, and Sandra Fornaro is a clinical psychiatrist and has been involved in the peer support program for several years.  The program has been implemented since 2016 and has already a lot of things to teach us!

She was the leader of the Buddy Study Program, which was developed in two Danish hospital departments during 18 months, between 2018 and 2019.

    In this podcast we talk with Francesco Venneri, surgeon and emergency physician. For 12 years, Dr. Venneri has been the chief of emergency surgery at Florence Healthcare Center, in Italy and since 20 years ago has the role of Official Clinical Risk Manager.
