    In episode 3 we are joined by Colin Hickey and Ronan Brady.
    Colin is an award winning filmmaker and photographer who specializes in wedding movies. He is a proud member of the Ludgate community, running his business Orchid Pictures from The Ludgate Hub in Skibbereen. 
    Ronan is the director of Escape Boats, Ireland's first Escape Room on a boat which promises an experience you will never forget. 

    Both Colin and Ronan have used Ludgate's facilities to build their brands while enjoying the benefits of rural living in West Cork.

    Matthew, Pork Crackling Flavour Genius and Chef extraordinaire, has over twenty years of professional chef experience. He has Chef experience in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and throughout continental Europe. Matthew has called West Cork his home since 2008, still works as a chef in Cork County & writes for The Irish Food Magazine, Quince Publishing.

    Matthew first developed the idea of the unique snack with the distinct flavourings after studying Culinary Arts at Cork Institute of Technology in 2011. While using new product development methods, and incorporating British, Irish and a bit of Kiwi gastronomy, he created the delicious snack. The pork crackling with an Irish twist, Scratch My Pork and The Skibbereen Food Company was born.

They believe in fair trade pricing from manufacture to sale, not using big factory products.
