A Tribute to Mr. Fred Rogers

Tell us what you learned from the show!

The Mr. Rogers legacy lives on through his television programs, books and other materials, but the biggest legacy lives on through the thousands of people he touched just by being him.  Listen to others who grew up watching (and some who didn't who STILL love him) the Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. Each person from a different background and life experience.  Time to take a drive down memory lane; or should I say, to The Land of Make Believe.

    Introducing The Superhero Next Door

    Introducing The Superhero Next Door

Tell us what you learned from the show!

Since the beginning of time, Hero themes have graced the subject of almost every folk tale across cultures as a way to teach and inspire.  Today is no different, only this time we are stepping out of our imagination and looking to those who surround us all.  Look around you.  Everyone you meet and associate with each day has a personal mythology.  Their characteristics and principles that define the way they live can influence anyone.  Even the most unassuming person has the power to teach you how to become your best self.

I like to think that each one of us is living out our own Archetypal story; embarking on our Heroes Journey.  By listening to others, we can take part in their journey and know that we're not alone.  We can realize our own potential and superpowers we have hidden within.

These Heroes surround us all and it’s up to us to recognize and learn from them; to become The Superhero Next Door.
