    On today’s episode we are going to be discussing a true entrepreneurs origin story, Balancing Entrepreneurship with Mental Health and everything from Fashion, Mental Health and Storytelling.
     
    This particular podcast has a very special meaning to myself as too many entrepreneurs often suffer in silence and in many cases find it difficult to be open about their journeys, especially when it becomes tough in business as well as home and affects their mental health.
     
    Despite the UK investing £115 million per year on mental health research. Mental health network receives 5.5 per cent of the UK health research spend.
     
    There is clearly so much more that can be done and to help raise awareness of this through our podcast and special influencer guest today is an absolute pleasure.
