Many geocachers are familiar with the jasmer challenge, finding a geocache that was place every month of every year since geocaching started.  It is a popular and well known aspect to the geocaching game.  Some geocachers even strive to complete a double or even triple jasmer.  But how did it get started?  This episode I talk with Bryce, AKA JasmerB, the creator of the jasmer challenge and learn how the jasmer crazy came about.

Trackables are one of my favorite parts of geocaching. I love seeing where they've been on helping them move along when possible. There is a lot of information about trackables out there.  There are all kinds of videos, blog post, and podcast about what they are, what to do with them, and etiquette for moving them. But not often do you find anything going into detail about setting missions for them. This episode I'm joined by returning guest, Lee Katz (aka Varkofharken), to discuss trackable missions and ways to make them interesting.

I have been wanting to do an episode on creative geocache containers and talk about some ways to add a bit of creativity to you cache containers. While poking around on the internet looking for some different types of sources, I came across a book on Amazon called "Easy Goecaching: Simple Cache Containers" by Vince Migliore. I decided to check it out and bought the kindle version of the book. While the episode on creative geocache containers is still being developed, I thought I would share with you a review of this book. The Amazon link is listed in the show notes for anyone who is interested in checking it out. I also talk some about other places to find ideas for create geocaches.
