Salsa Salad for Momma

It seems many things in life happen gradually. Sneaking slowly up on you and then yelling boo! This happens in my life all the time. Most recently in my shower. 

The flu is brutal. It can lay you low for awhile. And when you do get up, you feel like a wrung washcloth that is dehydrated and limp. 

Sometimes a dog you are babysitting is intent on escaping from your fenced back yard.

Sometimes you almost miss your plane, but in the process, you gain a story.

When I knock on the door of my dad's bedroom in the middle of the night and he asks me what I want. All I can manage to say is, I have a surprise for you.

Why are we all born with one fatal flaw? The worry flaw. The need to worry about anything and everything.

If Momma delays dinner and eats after the hoards, all that is left is salsa salad.

Communication can be hard. And sometimes we are both talking about different things and thinking we are on task, when we are not.

Sometimes the problem you are describing to customer service is so weird, they don't believe you.

You never know the results of a Chinese Fire Drill, until you do one!
