    Pregnancy In The Pandemic

    Pregnancy In The Pandemic

This will be our last episode in the first series, as we're taking a little break until the Autumn while one of our hosts Helen has some time off to have a baby.

And on that note, this episode covers the topic of being pregnant during the pandemic. We chat about how the pandemic has added an extra layer of anxiety at an already stressful time, and how it has impacted the pregnancy journey, from work challenges to attending appointments alone. But we also think about some of the more positive circumstances, including reduced social pressure, and saving £££'s on maternity clothes! Our top tips this week cover advice such as trusting your instincts, the things you can and can't control, and the importance of still seeking medical help, support and advice. We hope this is helpful to those in similar circumstances.

Enjoy and we'll see you all again soon! Thank you all for your continued support with our Podcast.
