So you are 18 and you want to buy a home?  NOT HAPPENING.  OK, it can happen but you need to have a. roadmap and this starts by calling a MORTGAGE LENDER.  You have to have at least 2 years work experience.  That means you better start at 16 if you want to buy at 18.
