Spring Cleaning

Spring days inspire the clearing of cobwebs that don't allow us to touch our sovereignty. With new cleared space we are able to fully see our truth.

Arrive in the present and use this time to intentionally question all that you know to be true. What you have been told to believe by others may not reflect who you are now or what you have seen through your own experiences and choices. You are encouraged to find your own conclusions.

We've had some interesting times lately, living in our little cocoons—with the promise of butterfly evolution. Today's lesson is about being present—is your mind open and ready? 

Have you taken a mindful walk lately? Observing the gentle swaying of tall trees... the temperature of crisp air entering your nose... flower buds awakening. Spring is the time of rebirth, and even taking a few moments peering out the window to observe the natural world can awaken your mind. You may hear a canine friend making an appearance - even pets love the meditations!

Enter the moment of now—not yesterday, not tomorrow. It is a time of gratitude; for the workers supplying us with food, for the ability to reconnect with loved ones, and the chance to become beings of breath. What does your body need from you right now?

During times of complex challenge, deep cleansing breath has the power to rejuvenate, refortify, and reset. 

During this new era of human growth, despite lacking physical contact, we are becoming resourceful at communicating—and showing our love—by other means. 

Mother Earth has put us in a time out while she reboots. It's time to witness the messages being presented to us, and reflect on their meaning. 

During this time of challenge and change, we are presented with an opportunity to reflect, turn inwards, and take care of ourselves—and those around us. 

Creating a sacred space within yourself can be invaluable during times of uncertainty.
