Agent Sloan is back and this time he has a mission for the newly recruited Section 31 secret agent Julian Bashir, to observe and report on the health of the head of the Romulan Tal Shiar, but really, this is an elaborate scheme to ensure that the Romulans stay on the Federation's side of the war...oh yeah, Sloan fakes his death too.
