We gather together the expectations of the Day of Pentecost in their emphasis on the newness and freshness of the promised New Covenant that is brought into fulll operation by the sudden coming of the Holy Spirit from heaven.
This is the final study in this series. We compare the temptation in Eden with the temptation in the Wilderness. What is the nature of man? Adam, Eve AND Christ had no 'old man', no resident ruling power of Sin, and yet they all came under temptation. How does this help to understand our temptations and their 'way of escape'?
