Take Your Own Advice

Simply put, using your Power incorrectly can cause damage, sometimes irreparably. Think on that!

Sometimes our bodies, our mind, our lives put a halt on the activities we feel we "just have to do" at all cost. But that cost could end up being a price too high to pay. Taking a necessary break isn't a setback, it's the opportunity to come back, strong!

We can be a part of diminishing our value. We can even allow our surrounding circumstances to have a say in how much we are worth. What does God have to say about that?

Relating with people is so important. Sometimes a few bad connections get in the mix. When you become aware of this, don't the ignore the red flags. Confront it, and if there is no change, make a decision!

So many times, we put advice out, we instruct, and we educate. Although this helps others in various ways, we cannot be "heros" for others and we ourselves remain lost. Let me ask you this, "Have you taken your own advice?"

Relax! You've been here before. Face it, stand strong, take a deep breath because..."You've got this."

When we use absolutes in our communication one with another, especially during discord, this further complicates the issue. Let's strengthen our conversations so that we can achieve better results.

You already have the plan, stop with your procrastination, stop holding up your success, kick doubt and fear in its "face" and go get it. It is time!

Sometimes we get sooo upset 😡, Disagreements here, misunderstandings there, UGH! Maybe you need to stop, drop it (for now), and Walk it off. However, keep a door open to resolve this.

Sometimes we get down on ourselves way more than we need to. Self-pity is not the way, but facing the truth is. Stand up, acknowledge the issue, face the facts, grow and move on!
