Inspired by the bloom of a Sunflower, this episode begins with a reading of Ticht Nacht Han's The Universe in a Sunflower and then guides you into activating a circuitory of light between the sun and your own heart's desires. Attuning to the messages of the seasons, in the northern hemisphere we began our descent into a darkness and are just emerging from Winter Solstice. Many traditions embrace the light during this time but what of the Dark? Darkness is Holy also. Learn how Darkness supports our wholeness, and ultimately, our shining our light. I read from: Wendell Berry's "To Know the Darkness"; David Whyte's "Sweet Darkness," and Mark Nepo's "Things Light and Dark". Surrendering to it all means embracing the darkness that awaits us with open arms. 

This week we delve into the very human heart-centered experience of grieving. In a movement I was doing during an InterPlay workshop, my body floated up a memory from my past, a tender moment full of grief. What mysteries and promises might grieving hold for us on our path and why does that matter to you? Learn what I glimpsed. Each one of us is emitting an energetic presence, which means there is something in us that is Alive. Today I activate your connection with your presence by reading "What was Told That" by Rumi and "To Unravel" by Ana De Jong. This week I invite you to take the plunge of diving into deeper waters, listening for your joy frequency and giving yourself permission to see where that takes you.
