It’s that time of the year again, time for family, friends and of course holiday wishes, so from my small family to all of you out there I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.   

This holiday season is so special and I want to reflect on the year behind us.
 
2020 has been an unprecedented time for all of us. There is no denying that COVID19 has affected us, our families, our communities and our businesses.
 
You may be feeling frustrated by the lack of progress made on your goals this past year. You may be upset with the things you didn’t achieve or complete. If 2020 was less than you expected, it’s okay. Just getting through this past year emotionally, physically and spiritually intact is a success. 
 
As entrepreneurs we had to deal with so much, .. we had to adapt, shift and pivot our businesses.. deal with clients that are worried, scared.. we had to rise up, be creative, be courageous and lead during times we needed all the support ourseleves.. 

I just want to tell you that I am grateful for you.. I am grateful to be able to connect with you during this insane year.. So,  please know that I'm always here for you and wanting to help you in any way I can.

I know that working on your goals all alone is not easy; I’ve been working in my home office for almost a year now too.. 

I know how it feels to work alone and I'm committed to making sure you don't feel lonely on your entrepreneurial journey. It's hard enough on its own - doesn't have to be harder because you feel alone too. I got you!

So I will give you couple of tips that will help you get the focus you need to work on your goals and start 2021 with full momentum..

1- What areas need more focus from you now (health, family, fiends, finances hobbies, etc)

2- what biggest goals in your personal life and why important for you and same for your professional life over 90 days and why important to you 

3- are there any areas of your life where your focus has been stolen away by distraction (you need some reflection for your slef)

To get focus and more clear you make it and more specific 

Your calendar is non negotiable .. 

Schedule things 

Smart goals outline (google it) (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant to what you’re trying to do , time based (monthly weekly ) 

Clubhouse

to feel more confident in ——— (going live) i will practice (doing one thing) getting on treadmill everyday for a year

Get past your fear, expand your comfort zone, I challenge you to get past your fear, stretch your comfort zone,

If youre ready to be the best version of your self for 2021, its not just your business… who you are, self care, mindset… Better mom, leader, coach, .. because everybody need the best out of you.. not just you….

Despite the hardships we’ve faced in the last year,

 I am optimistic that 2021 will bring us new opportunities

 and start to reignite the spirit of, “yes I can!” for all of us.

We must believe the future is bright. Yes, there will still be challenges ahead, and we’re not out of the woods yet, but at this time of year, there’s also new energy and fresh determination to make your new year goals and ambitions a reality. My wish is that you can tap into that feeling of hope and resilience as you look ahead. 
 
I hope you enjoy every moment of your holiday break and come back to your business in 2021 feeling rested and ready to tackle your big hairy audacious goals!
