In the Christian specific segment this week, GPD discusses how “a little yeast works its way through the whole dough” in regards to sin. Just as someone doesn’t wake up one day and realize they’re 600 pounds, a person doesn’t just wake up one day and realize that they’ve committed a grave sin and are drowning in iniquity. It all starts with what one perceives as “small stuff”.

Grandpa Dan discusses the world of make believe that passes as the collective West today. Make believe jobs in a make believe economy while people make believe that whatever the government and media tells them is real. This can’t go on forever and it won’t, no matter how much everyone tries to make believe to the contrary.

In this week’s Christian specific segment, GPD draws the contrast between the spiritual vs the worldly view. In the book of John, Jesus is explaining things in the spiritual and those he is interacting with cannot understand any of it because they cannot see outside of the worldly. This applies to the believer today as the world is not going to understand why you live the way you do. The believer is going to always seem strange to the worldly.

Grandpa Dan discusses two stories which serve to demonstrate Israel’s recent temper tantrum on the world stage. Up until very recently, Israel has intentionally kept a position of ambiguity towards Russia. However this has now changed. An Israeli politician is now proclaiming full support to “defeating Russia” via Ukraine. Meanwhile in what has to be one of the most blatant acts of projection ever, the Israeli ambassador to the UN dusted off the holocaust star to accuse Russia of being a force of instability. A shift in government policy this abrupt only comes about because something significant has changed.

Recently French President Macron caused a stir by not ruling out the possibility of NATO troops on the ground in Ukraine. Several other European leaders quickly came out to distance themselves from Macron’s statement.
