    About this Episode

Director Ridley Scott has delivered some truly awesome historical epics in the form of Gladiator (2000) and Kingdom of Heaven (2005). At the same time, we've gotten a few stinkers like 1492: Conquest of Paradise (1992) and Robin Hood (2010). Does his latest period piece The Last Duel (2021) deliver the goods? Jason Furie and Adam Roth give their full review and overall impressions. Were the millennials right to avoid this one in theatres?

With that theory in mind, they check out last year's winner CODA (2021), which stands for Child of Deaf Adults,  about a young woman who is the only hearing person in her family. Simply put...this movie deserves any award that comes its way.

Jason Furie and Adam Roth break it down and try and figure out why Viggo Mortensen and Colin Farrell are so unrecognizable here.
