âMy definition of a frugal athlete is someone thatâs efficient. Someone that understands how to leverage their resources, their capital, their experiences, their network, and their opportunities to build on that. In this case, their financial pyramid, their financial stability, their overall career goals, and their personal ecosystem. So when I think of frugal, I think of someone thatâs efficient, I think of someone whoâs able to leverage what they have and someone thatâs economical and prudent rather than someone thatâs cheap.â 24:47
