    About this Episode

There is a major disconnect between the Red Sox stated philosophy and what ownership is actually doing. Ownership is telling you they have an exciting young core that they cannot wait to build around, but then the same ownership is lowballing their young players. They did it with Mookie, they did it with Xander. Now Triston Casas and Brian Bello are both frustrated with contract negotiations. Jones, Mego, and Arcand are all at a loss for words as to how they feel about the Red Sox. It makes zero sense.

Jones says a fifth round pick would be enough for Patriots to get Justin Fields

At the current moment, Jones believes that Fields would be a great cheap QB option for the Patriots to add to their room. Would it be possible for the Patriots to bring in Justin Fields for a fifth round pick? Jones seems to think so, but Mego is out on Justin Fields. Arcand says that the Patriots would be in the same spot they are now in two years if they traded for him.
