Revelation 14-16

1. God does not lose anyone or anything

When is the last time you shared the bread?

Pattern of the 7 Letters:
-Jesus describes a characteristic of Himself.
-Jesus provides a word of commendation (except Laodicea).
-Jesus provides a word of rebuke (except Smyrna/Philadelphia).
-Jesus provides a word of promise.

Revelation 1:1-19
 
1. Engage this book with your mind AND your heart
 
-He is the faithful witness (vs. 5)

-He is the ruler of kings on earth (vs. 5)
-He has freed us (vs. 5)
-He has made us into a kingdom of priests (vs. 6)

2. Jesus’ return will bring tears

-He is immovable (vs. 15)

4. Where will you place your hope in 2024?

Judges 16:1-30

1. Sin will take you further than you want to go
2. Sin will Keep you longer than you want to stay
3. Sin will cost you more than you want to pay

1 Samuel 7:3-14

1. Real lifechange cannot happen as long as you hold on to anything less than Christ.
2. Making the right decisions doesn’t guarantee the end of adversity in our lives.
3. Records remind us of God’s tangible grace in our lives.
4. In the Bible, usually the things that we rely on other than God are what diminish us.
