The Sea Monster  

1.5 oz spiced rum  
2 oz grapefruit juice  
0.5  oz grenadine  
2+ oz ginger beer
     
Instructions:

Pour spiced rum, grapefruit juice and grenadine over ice. Fill with ginger beer to the top. Stir to combine.

Cheerwine Holiday Punch  

1 750 mL bottle of Gin (we used The Chemist)  
1 750 mL bottle sparkling white wine  
2 Liters Cheerwine (cherry soda)  
4 oz Lemon juice  
4 sprigs of rosemary    
1 orange, sliced  
Ice cubes   
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Stir to combine. Serve over ice.
Optional: Garnish with a orange wheel and rosemary.

The Singularity

*Drink of the Week*    

Singularity Sip  

1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur  
1 oz Silver tequila  
0.5 oz Vodka  
0.5 oz Lime juice  
2 oz Coconut water  
Ice cubes  
Edible silver glitter or shimmer  
Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.  
Add the Blue Curacao liqueur, Silver tequila, Vodka, and Lime juice to the shaker.  
Shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled.  
Strain the mixture into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice cubes.  
Pour the Coconut water over the back of a spoon onto the surface of the drink. (*Should create a layered effect*)  
Sprinkle a pinch of edible silver glitter or shimmer on top of the drink to give it a futuristic sparkle.  
Optional: Garnish with a lime wheel or a twist.

Lemonade   
Tea   
spherical ice      

Shake scotch with tea and lemonade. Pour into a glass with a spherical ice cube. Garnish with lemon wheel. Enjoy!

Appletini   

1 1/2 parts Vodka       
3/4 part Lemon juice   
2/3 part Apple juice    
2/3 part Apple liqueur    
3/4 part Simple syrup   

Shake simple syrup, lemon juice and apple juice with ice. Add vodka and apple liqueur and shake again. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with apple slice. Enjoy!

Smoky Mountain Bramble Cocktail (Kit's drink!)   

1 oz Blackberry syrup (store-bought or homemade)   
3 oz Vodka  
1.5 oz lemon juice   
4-5 blackberries   

Muddle blackberries in shaker. Add vodka, blackberry syrup, lemon, and ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with blackberries or lemon peel. Enjoy!     


Fudgesicle (Abbey's drink!)    

1 oz Kahlua   
1 oz creme de cacao   
10 oz milk   

Combine ingredients in a high ball glass and stir. Enjoy!

3 oz Kombucha   
1 oz Vodka  
lemon juice or lime juice to taste   

Add vodka and lemon/lime juice together and shake with ice.  Pour over fresh ice. Stir in kombucha and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

1 oz Blue Curacao   
2 oz lemonade   
Lemon lime soda   

Add vodka and lemonade together and shake with ice.  Add blue curacao. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and/or cherries. Enjoy!

Strawberry Rosé Sangria   

1 bottle rosé (750 mL)   
1 cup strawberry vodka   
1/4 cup sugar/stevia (optional)   
10 strawberries sliced
2.5 cups lemon lime soda   

Makes 4 servings    

Stir together rosé, vodka, stevia, and half of the strawberries. Let sit for 2-6 hours. Separate and top with lemon lime soda and remaining strawberries. Garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy!

Add gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and mead to shaker. Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
