Pearl began her professional career as a model walking the runways for Ebony Fashion Fair, touring the U.S., Canada and Caribbean. Shortly after touring with Ebony Fashion Fair, Pearl pursued her MBA at Clark Atlanta University. Pearl served as a real estate analyst for a Fortune 1 company from 2008 to 2011, and as an adjunct business school professor at Clark Atlanta University, teaching Leadership and Professional Development since August 2011 to present day. In October of 2014, Pearl opened ALNP Leadership & Modeling Academy. ALNP Leadership & Modeling Academy’s mission is to shape the confidence of girls to become future leaders through modeling, leadership and entrepreneurship training.
